Coronavirus Response and 救援 Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA)


The COVID-19 pandemic has posed many challenges for our students and has resulted in additional financial hardship for some. The College has funding made available as a result of the federal government’s Coronavirus 援助, 救援, and Economic Security (CARES) Act to help 杰克逊的大学 students who require assistance with expenses that impact their ability to continue their studies at the college.

Examples of the types of expenses that could be funded through this emergency funding are child care, 卫生保健, 心理健康, 食物, 教科书和学校用品, 公用事业公司, 住房, 交通与科技. The emergency grants provided through this process will not impact any other financial aid you may be receiving.

Eligibility for financial aid is determined by the results of a student filing a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student 援助) as well as demonstrating satisfactory academic progress.

Department of Education regulations prohibit High school students (dual enrolled & 大学早期(初中), 国际学生, DACA students and undocumented students from participating in this grant.
